How rooms work

In Tutoom, "rooms" are akin to physical classrooms. When you purchase a plan, you can choose the number of rooms you need. Each room can be created and used to allow participants to join.

Example:

If you purchase five rooms, you can create up to five active rooms simultaneously. As you create rooms, your available room count decreases. For instance, if you create three rooms, you will have two remaining rooms available. Once all purchased rooms are in use, you will need to close an existing room or purchase additional rooms to create more.

This setup ensures that you can efficiently manage and scale your teaching environment according to your requirements.

Subscription

When you purchase a plan, it will be set up as a subscription that can be either monthly or annually. Subscriptions are billed automatically, and you can manage them through your account settings. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.

Monthly Billing

• Duration: The subscription will renew automatically each month.
• Example: If you purchase a monthly plan on January 1st, it will last until January 31st.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time, and the plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Annual Billing

• Duration: The subscription will renew automatically each year.
• Example: If you purchase an annual plan on January 1st, it will last until December 31st.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time, and the plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
