Payment Methods
To add or change your subscription, you must have a payment method.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit/debit cards. If you'd like to purchase through bank transfer, please contact us.
Add a card
Sign in to My Account panel, and go to Settings > Billing, and then click on the New payment method button
Click on Card to add a new card.
Type all the details of your card (Number, Exp. date, Name on card).
When done, click on Next and type your CVC number, and click on Next again.
Now you have added a card. After this, you can:
- Set as default payment method: If you have more than one payment method, this will set this recently added card as the primary payment method. Any charges will be debited from this card.
- Delete card: Just deletes this payment method.
- Next: Continue to your Account panel.
Change default payment card
You can switch from payment methods any time you want.
Go to Settings > Billing, and click on the Manage button (only available if you have more than one payment method added).
Now click on the card you want to set as default and then on Set as default payment method.
Confirm the changes to finish.
You have finished changing your default payment method.
Delete a card
You can't delete your card if it's your only payment method. To prevent being charged from your card, please cancel your subscription (learn more here).
Go to Settings > Billing, and click on the Manage button (only available if you have more than one payment method added).
Now click on the card you want to delete and then on Delete card.
Confirm the changes to finish.
You have finished deleting a card.
