A room is your dedicated virtual space for hosting live sessions, like a permanent classroom that's always ready. Each room runs one session at a time, and its capacity (number of users and session length) depends on your plan.
Think about how many sessions you run simultaneously and how many participants each session has. For small groups (up to 25), the Free plan works. For larger classes (up to 100), choose Kuelap. For big audiences or webinars (up to 250), go with Chavín. Each room runs one session at a time, so if you need 3 simultaneous classes, you need 3 rooms.
It's not possible to combine rooms, you can only choose one type. E.g., if you're buying ten rooms, all of them must be the same type, and not 6 of one type and 4 of another.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Subscriptions start on the day you purchase and renew automatically. Monthly plans renew on the same day each month; annual plans renew on the same date each year. If you do not renew, access to your rooms ends at the close of the current billing period.
Yes, of course, at any time. Keep in mind that if you cancel while your subscription is active, you can still use Tutoom until the same date of the next month (for monthly subscriptions) or of the next year (for annual subscriptions).
We don't offer refunds. Our Free Plan gives you access to all features with lower capacity limits, so you can fully test Tutoom before committing to a paid plan.
