What is a room?
It's the equivalent to a physical room, or a real classroom.
You can make sessions (one at a time) in it anytime you need.
What is a session?
It's the equivalent to a in-person class.
Sessions take place inside rooms.
If I get one room, how many sessions can I make in it?
You can make all the sessions you want, one at a time, not simultaneously.
It works similarly to an actual classroom, where you can have different courses throughout the day, one at a time.
How do I know what room suits me?
You must consider the number of simultaneous rooms you need, and the maximum number of users connected per room.
What's the difference between the types of rooms?
We have 4 types of rooms, and their differences are based on the number of supported online users:
Kuelap (up to 50 online users)
Chavín (up to 100 online users + 500h of recordings per room)
Mochica (up to 250 online users + 1000h of recordings per room)
Paracas (from 250 online users + unlimited recordings)
Is it possible to combine rooms?
It's not possible to combine rooms, you can only choose one type.
E.g., if you're buying ten rooms, all of them must be the same type, and not 6 of one type and 4 of another.
If you have different Moodle administrator accounts, it is possible to choose a room type for each account.
There are rooms that have session recordings enabled. How does it work?
Each room includes an amount of hours that can be used to record your sessions.
These hours are shared between all the rooms that you get when buying your plan.
E.g. two rooms of 500 hours each, is a total of 1000 hours for recordings.
That way, one room can record 900 hours, and the other one 100 hours, because the hours are shared between all the rooms in your plan.
If you reach the limit of hours, you can add more rooms, upgrade your plan or delete old recordings to free space.
